Once you enter the next area, you will have to kill the patrolling bandits, then climb up steps to get to Big Jan. You will recognize him by the Dwemer helmet he wears. The Black Spirit will have a quest called "A Cry for Help" which will direct you to a lady named "Jetina" who will have these daily quests for you. Doing these dailies will culminate in being able to to get a guaranteed endgame accessory, that most don't even have in the game currently, that will cost in all about 1/3 to 1/2 of the price it is ... .
